There is no way in which I can begin to express how unique this Sauvignon Blanc is. On the first sip, you can truly taste all the hard work that has gone into making this wine. This is, as it states, an ‘over the table’ wine, easy to drink with a burst of flavour and aromas. This Sauvignon Blanc goes exquisitely with an ocean dish, bringing out the sharp flavours of the added herbs and spices. With the first sip, your palate is met with a creamy taste, followed by a burst of Tropical flavours with a hint of Citrus. I highly recommend this wine to anyone that is looking for a new perspective on Sauvignon Blanc, with every sip releasing a whole new flavour profile this has got to be one of my favourites.
